Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund and Exchange Policy:
IQMK Global guarantees 100% satisfaction on all its products and services. Although it is very rare, if a
customer or iPartner is not completely satisfied with their purchase for any reason, IQMK Global will
stand
behind the quality of its products and offer a full refund or exchange, upon receipt of the unused
portion
of the product within 28 days of the original purchase date. This offer is void if product is more than
50%
used.
The original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Customer or iPartner is responsible to
cover
any shipping costs incurred to return the item(s) to IQMK Global’s facility. The company asks that a
short
note be included to explain why product was not satisfactory. It is mandatory to include the purchase
order
number as this is equivalent to your sales receipt.
All returns must be authorized by IQMK Global in writing prior to returning the item(s) for a refund or
exchange. Customer Service will assign a "Return Merchandize Authorization Number" or "RMA" number which
is
to be displayed on the outside shipping carton. Shipments without an RMA number will be refused. Refunds
may
be settled using the same payment method used to pay for the original purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Undelivered Product:
Customers and iPartners are responsible to contact Customer Service within ten (10) days from the
purchase
date to report receipt of damaged or defective product. A call ticket will be issued and IQMK Global
will
initiate resolution. Please do not discard any product and/or packaging until authorized by Customer
Service
in writing. Quality control personnel will inspect the damaged or defective product upon
receipt.
If a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or it is not complete, customer or
iPartner is responsible to contact Customer Service within ten (10) days from the purchase date to
advise
which order(s) and/or product(s) were not received and replacement will be processed immediately.
